The advanced TCPM (Tool Centre Point Management)
Selca function automatically maintains the tool/work piece
contact while moving mono-biratory, orthogonal or angular
heads and rotary/tilting tables, by compensating through the
linear axis movement the rotary axis movements.
The contact is maintained even through combined head and table
movements.
The function allows machining on inclined planes by resetting
the tool in plane.
The main feature of the advanced TCPM are:
- Look ahead on 5 and 7 axes
- Constant speed of the tool point
- Virtual sleeve axis
- Preventive software end run calculation
- Check of speed, acceleration and Jerk on all axes
