Milling - Turning Machines

Our machines for milling and turning operations come from the high speed range of machines whose feature is a very compact design with a fixed table and a moving column. The machines are designed and optimized using the latest FEM software to enhance their rigidity and to eliminate vibration damping effects. Among these featurest he remarkable points are low frictions and high acceleration of the axes to obtain particulary good performances in finishing and at the same time top performances in roughing. The result is a better and economic production cycle.

Our machines for milling and turning operations come from the high speed range of machines whose feature is a very compact design with a fixed table and a moving column. The machines are designed and optimized using the latest FEM software to enhance their rigidity and to eliminate vibration damping effects. Among these featurest he remarkable points are low frictions and high acceleration of the axes to obtain particulary good performances in finishing and at the same time top performances in roughing. The result is a better and economic production cycle. The turning operations can be performed with an integrated double rotary table group,

two rotary tables, one inside the other, with double direct transmission: an external rotary table for turning and milling with speed up to 160 rpm and an internal rotary table for turning with a speed up to 800 rpm. Another solution for turning and milling is a rotary table with direct transmission, equipped with a vertical saddle to move the table up and down, suitable for side machining using the milling head at 90°, having a turning speed up to 1200 rpm and a speed up to 120 rpm for milling operations. All models can be equipped with automatic tool changers to change the tools for both turning and milling in automatic cycle.
